It is compatible with all major operating systems Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows 3.1, Macintosh OS X, Macintosh OS/9, Macintosh OS/8, Macintosh System 7, Lunix, WebTV and WebTV Plus.

The guide can be accessed through all network types including phone, cable, and DSL modems, cellular/wireless modems, and ethernet networks connected to the internet.
